Booking Terms
The rate depends on the amount of people and the length of stay.
The self-catering option is available to all travellers: business travellers, people working on projects, medical students, Stellenbosch University Business school students, hospital visits (Tijger Clinic, Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt and Panorama, Netcare N1 City, Karl Bremer Hospital, Tygerberg Hospital), Post-graduates and visitors to CPUT, UWC and Tygerberg Medical campus for courses or conferences, as well as for families and holidaymakers
Short-stay corporate travellers can opt for B&B. Breakfast is available with one day prior arrangement and served in the comfort of your room.
Standard check in time from 14h00 onwards. Advise us beforehand of your estimated time of arrival, as well as any special requests with regards to check-in time.
Check-out time by 10h00
A minimum of 4 nights or more required for December / January school holidays.
Rooms on ground level and upper level – please indicate if you’re not able to use stairs
1 Parking bay per room is provided on the premises behind fencing and a remote controlled gate
No smoking policy inside the rooms
Regrettably no pets can be accommodated

50 % deposit required to secure a booking, balance payable on / before arrival. Full amount (100 % deposit) required to secure a 1-night booking.
We accept EFT (up to 2 days before check-in) / cash / debit card / credit card (Mastercard / VISA)
Cancellation policy:
We’ll first attempt to re-sell the room. If it is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply:
*Cancellation on day of arrival: Liable for 100 % of booking
*1-2 days notice: Liable for 25 % of booking.
*3-7 days notice: Liable for 15 % of booking.
*8 days or more notice: 10% admin fee will be levied.
Cancellation policy for Long weekends and Dec/Jan school holidays:
We’ll first attempt to re-sell the room. If it is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply:
*Cancellation on day of arrival / non-arrival / less than 1 week notice: Liable for 100 % of booking
*1 week notice: Liable for 25 % of booking.
*2 weeks or more notice: 10% admin fee will be levied.
